【Abstract】 Several different media available for the growth and spore formation of Conidiobolus thromboides were studied in detail.Varieties of inexpensive,commercial grade carbon and nitrogen sources for sporulation and cell mass production in shake flaskes were examined.The best carbon source for sporulation and biomass accumulation was corn powder,while the nitrogen source was soybean flour.The optimum medium for seed cultivation and liquid fermentation were also investigated.更多还原
