【Abstract】 Various factors,carbon source,nitrogen source,pH,and ventilation affected the submerged culture of Metarhizium anisopliae.With a strain isolated from the small poplar borer,the largest bioitiass was obtained in a condition of C/N at 1.5—2.1,yeast extract as nitrogen source,and pH = 6.5.After 144 hrs,conidia formed in the fermenter culture by the way of microcycle conidiation.更多还原
