【Abstract】 The preparation and regeneration of protoplasts from Paecilomyces farinosus, an entomogenous fungus on Dendrolimus tabulaeformis（strain 8601）, were studied.Hight yield of protoplasts（over 2×l0 7/ml ） was obtained from 500mg of fresh 72-hour-old mycelium,which had been incubated with 1%lywallzyme in the presence of 0.6 M NH₄C1 or NaC1 at 30℃.The morphological observation of protoplast germination were reported.Regeneration frequency on Czapek-Dox agar medium plus osmotic stabiliizer varied from 2 to 10%.更多还原
