环三磷腈衍生的合成及其阻燃高聚物的研究
SYNTHESIS OF PHOSPHAZENE DERIVATIVES AND THEIR FLAME-RETARDANT STUDY IN POLYMER

【摘要】 通过亲核取代反应制备了六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCP)和六苯胺基环三磷腈(HACP)并将其用于环氧树脂以及PC/ABS的阻燃研究。通过极限氧指数(LOI)测定、垂直燃烧UL-94测定对其燃烧性能进行了测试,使用热重(TG)对阻燃样品进行了热性能分析,通过万能拉力试验机、冲击试验机对阻燃样品的力学性能进行了测试。烧性能测试表明六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCP)、六苯胺基环三磷腈(HACP)是一种阻燃效果良好的阻燃剂,TG分析表明六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCP)热性、六苯胺基环三磷腈(HACP)热性能稳定,与基体分解温度匹配。力学性能测试表明,添加六苯氧基环三磷腈后会使基体拉伸强度提高,但是冲击强度降低。
【Abstract】 Hexakis(phenoxy) cyclotriphosphazene(HPCP) and Hexakis(aniline) cyclotriphosphazene(HACP) were prepared by phenoxy and aniline as reactants reacted with hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene.then,cyclotriphosphazene was added to EP and PC/ABS as flame retardant.The flame retardant properties and pyrolysis process were studied by limited oxygen index(LOI),thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The mechanical properties was studied by tensile test and impact test.The result show that HCCP and HACP not only have very excellent flame retardant effect on EP and PC/ABS but also can improve the tensile strength of PC/ABS.But the impact strength of PC/ABS reduced when HCCP was added into it.
