含磷-硫化合物对聚碳酸酯阻燃性能的影响

【摘要】 本文主要研究了双(2-噻吩基)苯基膦(BTPP)对聚碳酸酯(PC)阻燃性能、热降解行为和耐水性能的影响。PC/3 wt.%BTPP的氧指数(LOI)值可达到36.5%,且具有3.0 mm厚度的样品能通过UL-94 V-0级;PC/6 wt.%BTPP的LOI值可达到38.5%,且具有1.6 mm厚度的样品能通过UL-94 V-0级。耐水性测试结果表明体系的失重率仅为0.2%,测试后样品仍具有良好的阻燃性能。
【Abstract】 The effect of bis(2-tienyl)phenylphosphine(BTPP) on flame retardancy and thermal degradation of polycarbonate(PC) were assessed.The results indicated that PC/3 wt.% BTPP passed UL-94 V-0 rating with 3.0 mm sample and the LOI value was 36.5 %;the LOI value of PC/6 wt.% BTPP was 36.3 %,and the sample with 1.6 mm passed UL-94 V-0 rating.After water resistance test,the mass loss of the systems was only 0.2%,and the samples kept good flame redartancy after the test.
