【摘要】 在界定乡村社区参与旅游的根本目的是为了乡村社区的全面发展的基础上,指出乡村参与旅游发展中存在的利益分配问题本质上是由社区参与不合理的体制所导致的。社区参与中不合理之处的根源在于旅游资源转化为资产或资本后形成的收益分配与管理存在问题。通过云南西双版纳傣族园的案例分析,创造性的提出对人文旅游资源进行定量化评价,并且在旅游企业进入后作为旅游产品确定其转让的经济价值。同时,介于民族旅游地的特殊性,强调在制度增权过程中民族精英举足轻重的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of define the rural community participation in tourism In fundamental purpose is to the overall development of the rural communities, pointed out the rural participation in the development of tourism in the nature of the distribution of benefits problem in is the institutional community involvement unreasonable result. Rooted in community participation at unreasonable is something wrong in the income distribution and management when tourism resources into assets or capital . Through the case analysis of Dai Park Sipsongpanna, proposed out quantitative evaluation of the cultural tourism resources, and determine the transfer of economic value as a tourist product when Tourism enterprises entered.
