The study in the cognitive function of dementia with Lewy bodies,accompanied with visual hallucination

【摘要】 <正>Obiective Visual hallucination(VH)is one of the core features of dementia with Lewy bodies(DLB).It mav be related with a range of brain dysfunction,and the change of cognitive function. Methods In this study,we use Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA), which are the two common cognitive screening tools in clinic,to explore the symptoms of dementia with Lewy bodies, the cognitive impairment with or without VH.This study included 16 cases of DLB Patients,divided into two groups:4 patients in non-visual hallucination(NVH)group and 12 in visual hallucination(VH)group,according to their medical history.MoCA was compared with MMSE.更多还原
