【摘要】 目的 :观察三金利胆汤联合手术、胆道镜治疗肝内胆管结石的临床疗效。方法 :收集肝内胆管结石住院患者166例,随机分成治疗组87例和对照组79例,治疗组采用三金利胆汤联合手术、胆道镜治疗,对照组采用单纯西医治疗。结果 :治疗组和对照组经治疗后总有效率分别为95.4%和86.1%,残石率分别为8.0%和17.7%,复发率分别为6.9%和13.9%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 :三金利胆汤联合手术、胆道镜治疗肝内胆管结石,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objetive To observe the clinical therapatic effect of San Jin Li Dan Tang allied with operation and choledochoscope Methods 166 cases hospitalized for intrahepatolithiasis were collected and randomized into 87 cases in treatment group and 79 cases in contral group San Jin Li Dan Tang allied with Operation and choledochoscope was adopted in treatment group,simple western medical methods were applied in contral group Results All case followed with twenty four-sixty mouths,the total effectire rates were 95.4%and 83.5% in treatment group and contral group respectively,the residual rates were 8.0%and 17.7%in two groups respectively,the recurrent rates were 6.9%and 13.9%respectively,indicating significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusion Therapatic effect of san Jin Li Dan Tang allied With operation and choledochoscope on intrahepatolithiasis is satisfactory.更多还原
