【摘要】 目的:1、观察慢性束缚应激对CIA大鼠模型行为学、关节症状及血液流变学的影响;2、针刺治疗对抑郁CIA大鼠模型行为学、关节症状及血液流变学的影响。方法:将40只造模成功的CIA大鼠按照关节炎指数(AI)随机分为对照组、模型组、针刺组、非穴位针刺组,每组10只。后3组采用固定器束缚加热刺激造成慢性束缚应激抑郁CIA大鼠模型,造模同时每日应激前针刺组和非穴位针刺组开始治疗,周期21d。于第1、第7、第14、第21天测定各组大鼠行为学评分、AI值,治疗结束后腹主动脉取血采用悬丝法测定血液粘度。结果:与对照组相比,模型组行为学评分降低,AI值、血液粘度各项指标均有明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,针刺组行为学评分升高,AI值、血液粘度各指标水平均有显著降低,(P<0.05);与针刺组相比,非穴位针刺组大鼠行为学评分降低,AI值、血液粘度各项指标均有明显升高,(P<0.05);AI值、血液粘度两指标均与行为学评分呈负相关,血液粘度与AI评分两指标呈正相关。结论:慢性束缚应激促使大鼠行为学发生改变、加重关节症状并促使血液高粘;针刺干预可更正抑郁CIA大鼠行为学异常,减轻关节症状,其作用机制可能是改善血液高粘状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:1 to observe the effects of depressed state on behavior changes and arthritis syndromes in CIA rats,2 to study the therapeutic effects of acupuncture on depressed CIA rats and to probe the mechanism. Methods:Forty CIA rats that has already been modeled successfully,sorted by arthritis index,and randomly divided into a control group,a model group,an acupuncture group and a non-acupoint acupuncture group, 10 rats in each group.Fixation with external rat-fixer and thermal stimulus by lamp as a long term mild stimulation stress were used for development of depressed CIA rat model.At the same time,the treatment groups were treated for 21 days.The score of arthritis index and the changes of behavior were recorded in every week.The variable index in hemorhelology were detected after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the arthritis index score and the variable index in hemorhelology increased significantly in model group, the times of crossing and rearing movement in model group decreased significantly from the 7th day after modeling,While in comparison with model group,the score of arthritis index and variable index in hemorhelology decreased significantly in acupuncture group.the times of crossing and rearing movement increased significantly in acupuncture groups,linear correlation analysis demonstrated:the behavior changes showed negative correlation with the arthritis index score and variable index in hemorhelology,the arthritis index score showed positive correlation with and variable index in hemorhelology.Conclusion Aupuncture is effective on the depressed CIA rats.It maybe plays the therapeutic role through improvement in the hemorheology.It also was demonstrated that the depressed state could increase the blood viscotity and make the arthritis sydromes more serious.更多还原
