【摘要】 目的探讨经皮有限内固定加外固定支架治疗Barton骨折的临床疗效。方法应用经皮有限内固定加外固定支架治疗Barton骨折42例,男29例,女13例。年龄19～51岁,平均31岁。左27例,右15例。背侧型20例,掌侧型22例。结果依据Jakim评分标准。优33例,良7例,尚可2例。优良率95.24%。结论经皮有限内固定加外固定支架治疗Barton骨折具有骨折复位稳定,创伤小,并发症少,功能满意的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveExplore percutaneous limited internal fixation plus external fixation stents for treatment of fractures of the clinical efficacy Barton.MethodsApplication percutaneous limited internal fixation plus external fixation Barton stents for treatment of fractures 42 cases,male and female 13 cases in 29 cases.Ages 19～51 year old,average 31.Left 27 cases,right 15 cases.Dorsal type 20 cases,palmar type 22 cases.
