【摘要】 目的探讨外侧裂区颅脑损伤的治疗方法。方法对108例患者进行回顾性分析,全部病例均经头颅CT确诊,其中98例行手术治疗。结果恢复良好42例,中残10例,重残3例,植物生存1例,死亡8例。结论外侧裂区颅脑损伤主要是脑挫裂伤/和颅内血肿,死亡率较高,应尽快明确诊断,及时手术,手术宜采取大骨瓣开颅。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of brain injury in lateral fissure district.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with brain injury in lateral fissure district was analysed.All the patients took head CT examination,108 patients were treated operatively.Results The patiens were good in 42 cases,moderate deficit in 10,severe deficit in 3,vegetable state in 1 and dead in 8.Conclusion Brain injury in lateral fissure district was contusion and laceration of the brain/ and intracranial hematomas,The death rate is high,the treatments should be performed as early as possible.Large trauma craniotomy is primary method of operation.更多还原
