【摘要】 目的研究最近48年浙江省肿瘤医院收治的大肠癌病例临床特征。方法对从1963-2010年10123例在浙江省肿瘤医院接受治疗大肠癌病例,分年代组进行回顾性分析,所有病例均经过病理确诊。结果 2006-2010年段与1971-1980年段比较,大肠癌收治率则增加533%,近40年平均每年增加13.3%。75岁以上的高龄大肠癌病例发病上升明显,2006-2010年占到同期病例8.4%;中位发病年龄为54.5岁;男女比例为:1.29:1;直肠癌比例从69.4%%下降到64.8%,而近端结肠癌从11.7%上升至17.8%。结论最近48年来,浙江省大肠癌的发病率不断升高,同时发病年龄往后移,高龄患者和男性患者增多,近端结肠癌的比重增高,其流行病学出现了新的特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the trend of clinical characteristics of colorectal cancer during the past 48 years in Zhejiang cancer hospital.Methods The clinical data of 10123 cases of colorectal cancers treated from 1963 to 2010 in Zhejiang cancer hospital were divided into different year groups and reviewed retrospectively.All cases were pathologically confirmed.Results The hospitalization number of colorectal cancer in the 2006-2010 5-year period was 535%,higher than that of the 1970-1980 period with an annual increase of 13.3%in the past 40 years.Patients over 75 years with a sharp increase made up a proportion of 8.4%in last 5 years.The median age of incidence from 1963-2010 was 54.5.The male to female ratio of the 3504 patients was 1.29:1.The proportion of rectal cancer in 1963-1970 was 64.8%,significantly lower than that in 1963-1970(69.4%),while the proportion of proximal colon cancer in 2006-2010 was 17.8%,significantly higher than that 11.7%in 1963-1970.Conclusion In the past 48 years,the incidence of colorectal cancer in Zhejiang province has increased with increase of median age,male ratio,proportion of patients over 75 years,and the incidence of proximal colon cancer.更多还原
