【摘要】 目的基于文献研究和德尔菲法标准化脑性瘫痪中医辨证分型。方法以文献研究为基础,设计出脑性瘫痪辨证分型专家调查问卷,挑选有权威的专家进行专家问卷调查(德尔菲法),并对问卷结果进行汇总整理分析。结果两轮专家问卷回收率分别为94.4%、97.1%;第一轮问卷中10个指标经统计后删除不重要指标;第二轮问卷中对肝肾亏损等7个指标再次讨论,选取符合均数>1.6,等级和≥50,变异系数<0.4作为确定指标;后经过专家论证会议讨论确定了其余两个分型。结论标准化了脑性瘫痪中医辨证分型为肝肾亏损证、心脾两虚证、痰瘀阻滞证、脾虚肝亢证、脾肾虚弱证五个证型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To standardize the traditional syndrome differentiations of cerebral palsy based on literature research and Delphi method.Methods The expert questionnaires about the TCM syndromes of cerebral palsy were made based on literature research.Send the questionnaires to authoritative experts and then analyse the replying results using Delphi method.Results The return ratio of questionnaires is respectively 94.4%and 97.1%. There are 7 syndromes left after analyzing 10 syndromes of the first round questionnaire and delete the unimportant ones.In the second round analysis,we select three syndromes which fit X>1.6,S>50,and CV<0.4 as the determinate ones.And then by experts meeting we determine other two syndromes.Conclusion The Standardized traditional syndrome differentiations of cerebral palsy are liver kidney deficiency,heart spleen deficiency,phlegm ecchymosis hamper,spleen insufficiency and liver hyperactivity,spleen kidney deficiency.更多还原
