【摘要】 目的 :系统评价苦碟子注射液联合常规治疗用于急性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :利用RevMan5.1软件对国内2006～2012年发表的采用苦碟子注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床对照试验进行Meta分析,对不同纳入标准的研究结果进行了敏感度分析。结果 :①疗效评价共纳入20个临床对照试验研究,采用固定效应模型计算,苦碟子注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效应值0R=3.37,95%置信区间为[2.54,4.47];②有9篇论文报道未发现苦碟子明显毒副作用,2篇报道胃肠道反应、睡眠增多等不良反应。结论 :苦碟子注射液对急性脑梗死的治疗与对照组相比,疗效可能优于对照组,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Kudiezi injection for acute cerebral infarction we performed a systematic review of clinical trials.Methods:Using Meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy on the acute cerebral infarction of Kudiezi injection from 20 articles on clinical trials published from 2006 to 2012 in Chinese journals with the software RevMan5.1.It takes sensitivity analysis to analyze the different results of the experiments. Results:20 studies were included for efficacy analysis,a fixed effects model was chosen and the value of odds ratio (OR) was 3.37 with the 95%confidence interval from 2.54 to 4.47.Conclusions:Based on this review Kudiezi injection may have positive effect on acute cerebral infarction,but its efficacy need to be confirmed with high-quality randomized controlled trials.更多还原
