【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定A群C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗中乳糖的含量。方法:样品经离心除去多糖后,采用阳离子交换柱分离,外标法定量分析。结果:该法线性相关系数大于0.9999,回收率为98.8%,成品测定的CV值为1.2%(<2%)。结论:该方法定量准确,重复性好,适于对A群C群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗中乳糖含量进行快速检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to develop a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for determination the content of lactose in group A and C meningococcal vaccine.Methods:First,the meningococcal in sample were removed by centrifugation.Then,the supernatants were separated on an cation-exchange column and detected with a refractive index detector(RID).Finally,the calibration curves were established by external standard method.Results:The linearity of lactose is greater than 0.9999,the recovery of the lactose is 98.8%.The coefficient of variation(CV)is 1.2%.Conclusion: The HPLC method is accurate and reproducible.It can be used as a rapid means for quantitative determination of the lactose in group A and C meningococcal vaccine.更多还原
