以小流域为单元的干旱半干旱地区人口容量研究——以兰州市榆中县为例

【摘要】 水资源是人类生存和发展的基础,对于中西部干旱、半干旱地区而言,水资源往往是人口容量的最大限制因素。以往对人口容量的研究通常以行政单元为基础,无法反映资源的空间分布特征,因此获得的人口容量结果也不尽合理。本文以半干旱地区兰州市榆中县为例,依照水资源的自然空间分布单元——小流域进行人口容量研究。在研究了各单元资源条件的基础上得知,县域大部分地区以水资源为最短缺资源,少量地区以土地为最短缺资源。各单元的人口容量根据最短缺资源计算获得,县域总人口容量为各单元人口容量之和。用该方法计算出的人口容量,小于单一因素限制条件下的人口容量。以此为依据指导地区发展,一方面可以避免跨流域调水的工程代价,另一方面,更有利于地区自然生态格局的维护。

【Abstract】 Water resource is a foundation of mankind existence and development.In arid and semi-arid areas,water resource is usually the main limiting factor of population capacity.Administration zone had been taken as population capacity unit in former researches,but it can’t reflect the characteristic of resource spatial distribution,so this treatment is not reasonable.In this paper,the population capacity is researched according to the distribution of water resources by treating small watershed as the population capacity unit,and "Vuzhong of Lanzhou is taken as an example.The unit’s population capacity is calculated according to its main limiting factor,which is water resource in most areas in county and is land resource in the left areas.The whole county’s population capacity is the sum of all units’ population capacities.It is less than the population capacity calculated according to unitary limited condition.If this result is taken as the guidelines of local development,the cost of inter-basin water transfer can be avoided,and it is helpful to protect the natural.
