警察职业倦怠与团队效能感的关系研究
The relationship between Job-burnout and colletive-efficacy of the police

【摘要】 目的了解警察职业倦怠状况及与团队效能感的关系,可以为缓解警察职业压力,提高警察团队行动力提供依据。方法采用职业倦怠问卷和团队效能感量表,对福建省漳浦县221名警察进行问卷调查并进行统计分析。结果①不同性别警察的职业倦怠存在显著差异,男警察的情绪衰竭、玩世不恭、成就感低落和职业倦怠总分上明显高于女警察的职业倦怠(t=6.069,P<0.001:t=1.925,P<0.001;t=-3.588,P<0.001:t=3.976,P<0.001)②不同工作年龄的警察在情绪衰竭、玩世不恭,成就感低落和职业倦怠总分上存在显著差异(F=141.827,58.580,42.868,87.900,P<0.001),事后比较表明,工龄在5年以下的警察职业倦怠较轻微,工龄20年以上警察职业倦怠较严重。②不同文化程度的警察在团队效能感上存在显著差异,(团队效能感总分t=-4.849,P<0.001)④不同职位的警察在团队效能感上存在显著差异,(团队效能感总分F=60.544,P<0.001)⑤警察的职业倦怠与团队效能感总分相关不显著(r=-0.099,P>0.05),团队效能感与玩世不恭和成就感低落呈显著负相关(r=-0.212.-0.312,P<0.01),职业倦怠与对自己所在部门的整体能力或效能的看法和自己的实际感受和态度呈负相关(r=-0.154,-0.169,P<0.05)。结论警察面临着较严重的职业倦怠,在情绪衰竭、玩世不恭、成就感低落方面都显示较高得分,并且受性别和工作年龄的影响。在团队效能感方面,与警察自身的文化水平和职位离低显著相关。
【Abstract】 objective:To understand the relationship between job-burnout and collective-efficacy of the police,in order to provide the basis of alleviating pressure and improving efficiency on the police. Methods:221 policemen in Zhangpu Count.Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province were questioned by Job-burnout Questionnaire and the Collective efficacy Scale.The statistic results were carried out related analysis.Results:①There was a significant difference according to sex variable The scores of male police were significantly higher than of female police in the emotional exhaustion,cynicism and the reduction of the personal accomplishment.(t=6.069,P<0,001;t=1.925,P<0.001;t=-3.588,P<0.001; t=3.976,P<0.001).②The distinct differences about job-bumout exists on the different working age, including emotional exhaustion,cynicism and the reduction of the personal accomplishment. (F=141.827,58.580,42.868,87.900,P<0.001)Further post hoc comparison showed that the job-bumout of the police working less then 5 years was the least and the phenomenon of the police working more than 20 years was the most serious.③The educational backqround plays significant predictive role on the collective-efficacy.(t=-4.849,P<0.001).?The distinct differences about collective-efficacy exists on the position influence.(F=60.544,P<0.001).⑤There was no significant correlation between the job-bumout and collective-efficacy of the police.(r=-0.099,P>0.05)The relationship between collective-efficacy and cynicism,the reduction of the personal accomplishment was significantly negative correlation. (r=-0.212,-0.312,P<0.01)The relationship between job-burnout and view on overall ability of department, self-actual feeling.(r=-0.154,-0.169,P<0.05).Conclusion:With facing the most serious phenomenon about the job-burnout on the police,the scores of emotional exhaustion,cynicism and the reduction of the personal accomplishment were significantly higher,and the sex variable,working age had effect on it. At the same time,there are some significant correlation between the education background,position influence and the collective-efficacy.
