【摘要】 目的:研究茶多酚早期干预是否能够抑制或拮抗MNU诱发膀胱肿瘤的发生。方法:选用雌性Wistar大鼠72只,随机分成对照组、实验组,各36只,同时给予膀胱灌注2mg/2周×4,并同时给予对照组生理盐水2ml/日/次灌胃,实验组茶多酚2ml/日/次灌胃。分别于实验后第3、5、7、9、11、13处死大鼠六只获取膀胱标本,病理学对照观察两组急慢性炎症、不典型增生、癌肿的发生率,并作统计学分析。结果:对照组从第3周均发生膀胱粘膜不典型增生,第9周逐步出现膀胱癌,第13周癌变率100%,而实验组也出现不典型增生,但级别低,积分少,且无一例发现膀胱癌,第5、7、9、11、13周两组之间不典型积分P<0.05,有显著差异。结论:茶多酚能有效拮抗、抑制MNU诱发膀胱肿瘤的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate of Tea phoyphenols to inhibit the occurrence of the rat’s bladder cancer induced by MNU.Methods:72 Wistar female rat’s were random by devided into the control group（group A）with 36 rats and experimental group（group B）with 36 rats. Each rat of both group A and B was treated with 2mg MNU per dose every other week by intravesicular administration for 4 times.Meanwhile,Each of group A was treated with 2ml nomal saline everyday each of group B was treated with TP 2mg everyday per os.Six rats of both the group A and B were executed respectly at 3^rd,5^th,7^th,9^th,11^th,13^thweek after irrigated MNU first time and rat’s bladder was got to study the histopathological changes.Result: untypical hyperplasia in each rat’s bladder of group A could be seen after 3 week of administration at 9th week,bladder papilloma was observed.The rate of carcinogenicity was 100%at 13^thweek. In group B,untypoical hyperplasia all of rats in whele time was observed,but scale was lower and no bladder papilloma was found.There is significanct diference at 5^th,7^th,9^th,11^th,13^thweek between group A and B（P<0.05）. Conclusion:The cancinogen MNU induces epithelial hyperplasia,carcinomatous changes of rats, but TP can inhibit the progrese of MNU inducing bladder cancer effectively.更多还原
