【摘要】 目的:探讨代币激励法对精神分裂症患者的职业技能训练的效果。方法 :将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,对照组40例,实验组40例,对照组在训练中给予恰当的口头鼓励、表扬。实验组在训练中给予一定数量的奖励,以代币卡的形式发放。为期三个月。用阴性和阳性症状(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)在入组前及训练结束后对两组患者同步测评并比较,并进行比较。同步对两组患者的出勤率、劳动质量、劳动态度进行测评。结果 :入组前两组患者SDSS、PANSS评分无差异(p>0.05)。实验结束后SDSS总分显著低于对照组(t=14.61,p<0.01),PANSS总分明显低于对照组(t=2.50 p<0.05),其中阴性症状及一般病理分显著低于对照组(分别为:t=2.73,p<0.01;t=2.66,p<0.01)。出勤率、劳动质量、劳动态度也明显高于对照组(分别为:x2=25.8 p<0.01;x2=9.6 p<0.01:x2=9.93,p<0.01)。结论 :代币激励法能改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状和社会功能,提高患者的劳动质量和劳动态度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the Training Vocational Skill effect.of Token Incentive Act On the schizophrenic patients.Methods:80 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the training group(n=40).The control group was encouraged and praised at the right time training.The experimental group in training to give a certain number of awards to tokens,by the way of a card.Three months They were accessed with positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) before and after the treatment as well as Attendance,labor guality and attitude.Conclusions:No significant difference was found be-tween these group swith SDSS,PANSS,Before the training(p>0.05),but SDSS were significant below in the control group After training(t=14.61 p<0.01),PANSS were obvious below in the control group(t=2.5 p<0.05),The negative and general pathology symptoms were significant below in the control group(Respectively for t=2.73,p<0.01;t=2.66,p<0.01)。.Attendance, labor quality and attitude was also significantly higher than those in the control group (Respectively for x2 =25.8 p<0.01 x2 =9.6 p<0.01 x2 =9.93 p<0.01)。Conclusions: Token Incentive Act can significantly improve the feminine symptoms,the social function, attitude and guality of working of patient.更多还原
