多功能型燃气热泵GHP的技术特性与应用分析

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种采用燃气发动机驱动的多功能型燃气热泵的原理、技术特点,并进行了应用分析。该机组综合采用冷媒热回收、能源梯级利用和热泵制热技术在传统的燃气热泵基础上实现了制冷、制热和提供生活热水三种功能。在制冷时通过回收冷媒排气热量和发动机高温排热免费制取55~65℃生活热水,热量大、不增大压比不影响能效。在制热季节或过渡季节以热泵的方式从大气环境中取热,并回收发动机的高温烟气和缸套水排热来制取生活热水,其能源效率高出热泵热水器50%以上。通过对发动机的排热利用实现了燃气热量的梯级利用,能源利用效率提高了1倍以上。特别适合夏热冬冷、夏热冬暖气候区的宾馆、酒店等具有制冷、制热、生活热水需求的场合,其经济效益十分显著、应用前景非常广阔。

【Abstract】 This paper describes a type of multi-functional gas engine-driven heat pump of its theory,technical features,and make an application analysis.With combination of refrigerant heat recovery,energy cascade utilization and heating technology of heat pump,the unit can provide three functions of rigeration,heating and hot water providing on the basis of the traditional gas-fired heat pump.Through the recovery of refrigerant and engine exhaust heat in the refrigeration,we get Free hot water 55 ~ 65 ℃ and at the same time,not increasing the compression ratio and affecting energy efficiency.During the transition season and heating season,the unit gets living hot water in heat pump mode taking heat from the atmosphere with using the high temperature exhaust heat and the cooling water of cylinder,its energy efficiency 50% higher than the heat pump water heater.Through the use of engine heat,it achieved energy cascade utilization,the energy efficiency is more than doubled.Particularly suitable for area of hot summer climate,hotels and houses with a cooling,heating,living hot water needs of the occasion,its cost is very significant,very broad application prospects.
