深水钻井隔水管系统钻前设计软件开发与验证

【摘要】 研究深水钻井隔水管钻前设计方法,开发深水钻井隔水管钻前设计软件。软件包括隔水管数据库模块、仿真模块、钻前指导模块等,数据库模块完成隔水管参数化建模,钻前指导模块调用仿真模块作为求解器完成隔水管钻前设计,实现顶张力设计与优化、隔水管柱配置设计与优化、作业窗口计算等多项功能。软件以MATLAB作为平台,采用有限元法自行开发核心求解器,求解器可完成隔水管的静态分析和频域动态分析。以应用于1500m水域钻井隔水管为例进行系统的应用例证,并将本文所开发软件计算结果与隔水管专用商业分析软件FLEXCOM-3D的结果进行对比,两者吻合度高。本文可为深水油气开发的钻井隔水管钻前设计与现场作业提供指导。

【Abstract】 Pre-spud design method of the deepwater drilling riser system is studied,and the software of pre-spud design for the riser system is developed in this paper.The software is composed of database module,simulation module and pre-spud guidance module,which can be used for the calculation of the operability envelopes,design and optimisation of the top tension and the configuration of the riser system.Database module is used to parameterically model the riser system,and the simulation module is invoked by the pre-spud guidance module to complete the pre-spud design of the riser system.Based on MATLAB platform,the core solver of the system is developed by using finite element method,and static and frequency-domain dynamic analysis of the deepwater risers can be completed by the solver.As an example,a drilling riser system used in water depth of 1500m is presented which illustrates the validity of the software system.The research shows that the results of the software developed in this paper agree well with those of the professional riser analysis software FLEXCOM-3D.This paper can provide guidance for the pre-spud design and field operation of deepwater drilling riser system.
