基于双参数统一方法研究压—压疲劳下的裂纹扩展

【摘要】 本文通过带缺口试样的数值模拟,揭示在压-压疲劳载荷作用下裂纹扩展的机理。利用作者们在PRAD2007会议上提出的双参数疲劳寿命扩展模型,分析压-压疲劳载荷下裂纹扩展规律。研究结果表明,在压-压疲劳载荷作用下,裂纹是可以扩展的,裂纹扩展与卸载后在裂纹尖端形成的残余拉应力场有关,随着裂纹尖端塑性区的减小,裂纹扩展率逐渐降低,并最终停止扩展。进一步研究表明,作者们提出的双参数裂纹扩展率公式不仅能够在拉-拉疲劳、拉-压疲劳中使用,还可以在压-压疲劳中成功使用。

【Abstract】 In this paper,an elastic-plastic finite element analysis has been performed to crack growth mechanism of the notched specimens under cyclic compressive loading.This article explains the special phenomena by the expression of two-parameter unified approach given by authors in Prads2007.The result shows that the crack will propagate under compressive cyclic loading and this growth is caused by the local residual tensile stress.However, the growth rate will gradually decrease until the crack is finally arrested.From this study one can conclude that the expression of two-parameter unified approach can not only explain the damage in the tension-tension and tension-compression regimes but also in compression-compression regime.
