酸浸石煤发电灰渣提钒的动力学研究
Study on Leaching Kinetics of Vanadium from Stone Coal Dusts in Power Plants

【摘要】 以石煤发电灰渣为原料,通过对原料硫酸浸出中的温度、粒度、酸度的因素试验进行了动力学的研究,得试验结果显示:浸出过程属于内扩散控制,计算出了反应的表观面活化能E=34.1 kJ/mol,反应级数为0.65级。
【Abstract】 On the base of the kinetics theory,this paper studied the limitation section which affected getting vanadium from stone coal dusts coming from power plants by sulfuric acid.The kinetics of leaching vanadium was showed that leaching of stone coal slag was controlled by the internal diffusion of the leach liquor through the gangue layer in the whole leach process and fitted the unreacted shrinking core model.The apparent activation energy was 34.10 kJ/mol,the reaction order was 0.65. The percentage of leaching vanadium was raised by temperature increasing,particle sizes reducing and concentration of sulfuric acid increasing.The single-factor dynamics equation was deduced about temperature,granular size,and concentration of acid respectively.
