【摘要】 应用等离子体质谱法测定人血、尿、膳食及粪便中轻稀土元素含量,并比较四个不同膳食类型的城市人体摄取轻稀土元素的差异以及同体食血尿粪中轻稀土元素相关性分析。分别在天津、成都、镇江、太原四个地区采集30名健康成年男性的全血、72hr尿、72hr膳食和72 hr粪便,尿液、膳食和粪便做冷冻干燥处理后经湿法消解,并采用等离子体质谱法测定轻稀土元素含量。天津、成都、镇江、太原四城市人群稀土含量由高至低依次为粪便、膳食、血液,尿液,但上述样品在四城市人群之间没有显著性差异;同体血、膳食和粪便中轻稀土元素的分布特征符合自然分布特征规律,但尿中的Sm存在正异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study was designed to determine the light rare earth element contents in the blood,urine, food and feces of human bodies by ICP-MS.All the samples were obtained from healthy adult men who lived in the four areas with different dietary patterns in China(Chengdu,Taiyuan,Tianjin and Zhenjiang Cities).All the individual samples were digested by mixed acid and determined by ICP-MS.Descending order of the light Rees concentrations were in feces,food,blood and urine.There was no significant difference on concentrations of the samples among the four cities.And the distribution pattern of the light REEs in blood,food and feces were similar to that in the nature,while the Sm in the urine was abnormal.更多还原
