Na2CO3焙烧-HNO3浸出法提取尾矿中的稀土、铌和钍

【摘要】 研究了包钢选矿厂尾矿经Na2CO3焙烧,加硝酸浸取提取稀土的反应原理和工艺。考察了Na2CO3和焙烧温度对尾矿中稀土、铌和钍浸取率的影响。结果表明:700℃Na2CO3焙烧脱氟后采用硝酸浸取,稀土浸取率高达93.2%,钍浸取率为62.0%,铌的浸取率仅为20.0%。
【Abstract】 A reaction principle and technology of Na2CO3 roasting- HNO3 leaching was investigated for extracting rare earths,niobium and thorium from the Baotou Steel’s tailings.The effects of Na2CO3 and roasting temperature on leaching rate of rare earth,niobium and thorium were studied.The results show that roasting the tailings at 700℃with Na2CO3,and leaching the calcine with HNO3 the leaching rate of rare earth, thorium and niobium were 93.2%,62.0%and 20.0%respectively.
