Ce3+激活的(LuM)2CaMg2Si3O12(M=Gd,Y)黄色荧光粉发光性能的研究

【摘要】 在还原气氛下采用高温固相法合成了钇铝石榴石结构的黄色荧光粉(LuM)2CaMg2Si3O12:0.02Ce(M=Gd,Y),其中M为Y(1~20 mol%)或者Gd(1~10 mol%),利用X射线衍射仪、荧光光谱仪对其结构和光学性能进行了研究。探讨了Lu2CaMg2Si3O12:Ce荧光粉中发射光谱和激发光谱随着Ce的浓度以及Y、Gd含量的变化,结果表明,稀土离子Ce的掺入并没有引起基质晶格结构的变化,Y取代Lu的最大可溶性为20%,超过这个值时,样品的杂质衍射峰明显增多。而Gd取代Lu时,最大溶度为10%。样品在蓝光激发下(465nm)呈黄光发射,发射峰值位于565nm左右,Y少量取代时,发光强度明显增大但发光峰值基本不变,而Gd取代时,发光强度和发光位置都有明显的移动。

【Abstract】 Yttrium aluminum garnet structure of yellow-phosphors(LuM)2CaMg2Si3O12:0.02Ce varying M concentrations(Y:1~20 mol%,Gd:1~10 mol%) were synthesized by the high temperature solid-state method.The structure and optical properties of samples were characterized by application of powder X-ray diffraction(XRD) and photoluminescence spectroscopy.Moreover,the variation of PL and PLE spectra were studied as a function of Ce concentration as well as Y、Gd content.XRD analysis revealed that the obtained samples were single structure with Ce doped into the host.When the concentration of Y was beyond 20 mol%,a single phase could no longer be obtained because second phase appeared gradually.The solubility of the substitution of Gd in Lu sites was 10 mol%.There was a broader emission band centered at about 565 nm when excited by 465nm through spectrum observed.Small amount of Y substitute for Lu,luminous intensity enhanced obviously,but emission peak position had basically no changed.When a small amount of Gd substituted Lu,luminous intensity and emission peak position had changed significantly.
