白光LED用橙红色荧光粉LiZnPO4:Eu的制备及发光性能

【摘要】 利用高温固相法成功合成了Eu3+掺杂的LiZnPO4荧光粉,并对该体系荧光粉的发光性能进行了研究。合成荧光粉在395nm的近紫外光激发下发射强的橙红色光,其主峰位于593nm处,为Eu3+5D07F1跃迁发射。最佳Eu3+掺杂浓度为19%,最佳煅烧温度为1100℃。电荷补偿剂Li2CO3的加入可显著提高发光强度。研究了稀土等共搀杂对荧光强度的影响,证明Bi部分替代Eu可增强发光强度,其最佳掺杂浓度为2%。.

【Abstract】 LiZnPO4:Eu phosphors were synthesized by a high temperature solid state reaction and their fluorescence properties were characterized.The as-synthesized phosphors show prominent emission peak at 593 nm corresponding to the 5D07F1,transition of Eu3+.The influence of the concentration of Eu ion on the emission intensity was investigated and the optimum doping concentration was determined to be 19%.The optimum calcination temperature was found at 1100℃.The addition of Li as charge compensation ion to the emission intensity can enhance the intensity of luminescence emissions.To further enhance the luminescence intensity,a series of ions were employed as substitution elements for Eu. Among the tested elements,Bi is the best one and the optimal doping concentration of Bi is 2%.
