水杨醛席夫碱稀土配合物的合成、表征及其与DNA键合作用的光谱学研究

【摘要】 合成了以稀土离子为中心离子,以水杨醛缩甘氨酸席夫碱和2,2′-联吡啶为配体的六种固态稀土配合物。对配合物进行了稀土络合滴定,C、H和N的元素分析,紫外光谱和红外光谱测定,推测配合物的组成分别为:LnL(NO3)·2H2O;LnLL′(NO3)·H2O(Ln=Sm、La、Nd,L=水杨醛缩甘氨酸席夫碱,L′=2,2′-联吡啶);配合物中的稀土离子与水杨醛缩甘氨酸席夫碱中苯环酚羟基O、C=N基上的N及羧基的一个氧原子配位,与2,2′-联吡啶中的两个氮原子配位成键,硝酸根以双齿形式与稀土金属离子配位。采用电子光谱、荧光光谱研究了席夫碱稀土配合物和小牛胸腺DNA之间的相互作用,结果表明,随着DNA的加入,电子光谱的最大吸收峰有微弱红移,产生明显减色效应;同时配合物也能较大程度地猝灭溴化乙锭(EB)-DNA复合体系的荧光,表明配合物与DNA存在插入结合作用,并且系列配合物LnLL′(NO3)·H2O与DNA的相互作用强于系列配合物LnL(NO3)·2H2O与DNA的相互作用。
【Abstract】 Six complexes of rare earth(Ln=Sm,La,Nd)were synthesized,in which salicylidene-glycine Schiff base as the first ligand,and 2,2’-bipyridine as the second ligand.By elemental analysis,rare earth coordination titration,the compositions of complexes were confirmed to be LnL(NO3)·2H2O; LnLL’(NO3)H2O(Ln=Sm、La、Nd,L=salicylidene-glycine schiff base,L’=2,2’-bipyridine), respectively.The ligands and coordination compounds were studied by means of IR spectra, UV-spectra.The results showed that the rare earth ions are bounded with the oxygen atoms and the N atoms of schiff base ligand,and with the N atoms of 2,2’-bipyridine.The nitrate ions are within the coordination sphere or outer of it,those within it are coordinated to the metal ions in the form of bidentate.The interaction between CT-DNA and complex has been conducted by electronic spectra, fluorescence spectroscopy.It has been found that the absorption peak from electronic spectra is red shifted and the intensity is weakened and that the complex can quench the emission intensity of EB-DNA system.From that we can draw the conclusion that the intercalation mode between the complex and DNA is proved to exist.
