芪苓超威粉对优质鸡生长性能及抗氧化功能的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究芪苓超微粉对优质鸡生长性能及抗氧化功能的影响。将768只优质鸡,公母各半,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复64只鸡。空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,低剂量组在基础日粮中添加0.5%芪苓超微粉,高剂量组在基础日粮中添加1.0%芪苓超微粉,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加30mg/kg杆菌肽锌和6mg/kg多粘菌素。结果表明,至饲养结束,与空白对照组相比,高、低剂量芪苓超微粉均能显著提高公鸡、母鸡体重(P<0.05),但与抗生素组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);其它生产性能指标,各组差异均不显著(P>0.05);56日龄和84日龄时,与空白对照组相比,高剂量芪苓超微粉能显著提高试验鸡谷胱甘肽(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),降低MDA含量(P<0.05)。结果提示芪苓超微粉能够提高优质鸡生产性能和抗氧化功能。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of QiLing ultramicro powder on growth performance and antioxidant status of quality chickens,and to discuss its mechanism.768 quailty chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group included 3 replicates.Control group was fed with basic diet only.Two QiLing ultramicro powder groups were fed with basic diet supplemented with 0.5%and 1%QiLing ultramicro powder respectively.Antibiotic group was fed with basic diet supplemented with 30 mg/kg bacitracin zinc and 6 mg/kg polymyxin E.The feeding trial lasted for 140 days.The growth performance and antioxidant indexs were determined.The results showed that 1)Compared with the control group,weight of roosters and hens of two QiLing ultramicro powder groups increased significantly(P<0.05),but no significant to the antibiotics group (P>0.05);and all groups had no significant difference with others production performance index(P>0.05).2) In 56 day and 84 day,compared with the control group,the activity of glutanthione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC)of high-dose group increased significantly,and the content of maleicdialdehyde (MDA)decreased significantly(P<0.05).These results indicated that QiLing ultramicro powder could improve growth performance and antioxidant status of quality chickens.
