甜菜碱对蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征肝脏脂类代谢的影响

【摘要】 (目的 )本试验以海蓝褐蛋鸡为试验对象,通过检测肝组织中脂类代谢的变化,研究甜菜碱对蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征肝脂类代谢的影响。(方法)选300日龄海蓝褐蛋鸡90羽,随机分成3组(每组设3个重复,每个重复10羽),分别饲喂正常饲粮(正常对照组)、高能低蛋白饲粮(脂肪肝病理组)、添加1000mg/kg甜菜碱的高能低蛋白饲料(甜菜碱防治组),正试期60d,分别于试验1d、30d、60d,每组选取体重相近的试验蛋鸡6羽,取肝脏,测定肝脂率、肝组织匀浆相关生化指标。(结果)试验第30d、60d,病理组肝脏肝湿重/活重、腹脂重/活重、肝脂率和肝组织匀浆中NEFA、TC、LDL-C含量升高,差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),但HDL-C差异不显著;试验第60d时,防治组肝组织匀浆中只有NEFA、LDL-C含量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),其余指标无差异性变化(P>0.05):且试验第30d、60d,防治组肝组织匀浆各指标均要低于相应的高能低蛋白病理组。(结论)本试验研究表明:采用高能低蛋白日粮饲喂蛋鸡可以成功的建立蛋鸡脂肪肝出血征病理模型:在饲料中添加1000mg/kg甜菜碱,可显著影响蛋鸡脂肪肝出血征蛋鸡肝脏腊类代谢,降低肝组织中脂类的沉积。

【Abstract】 (Objective)The experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of betaine on lip metabolism in liver of laying hens with fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome.(Method) Ninty healthy birds(Hy-line Variety Brown laying hens, Gallus domesticus) aged 300 days were randomly allotted into 3 dietary treatments of 30 broilers each.The groups were:1) group 1(Controls,semisynthetic commercial layer standard diet in accordance with the nutrient requirements of poultry (National Research Councile,1998));2) group 2(high energy-low protein diet which were partially formulated in accordance with Controls);3) group 3(the high energy-low protein diet supplemented with 1000 mg betaine/kg DM).All birds were reared for 60 days under normal condition in the Jiangxi Agriculture University Poultry form and were fasted overnight with a free access to water before sacrificed.Lip Metabolism in liver of six layers(stratified by weight,1.6~1.7 kg) from each group was recorded on day of 1st,30th and 60th.(Result) In group 2,the ratio of liver humid weight/living weight,the ratio of liver fat weight/living weight,liver fat percentage,the level of NEFA,TC,LDL-C in Liver homogenate on the 30th and 60th day were significantly higher than on the 1st day(P<0.05 or P<0.01) except the level of HDL-C (P>0.05);On the 60th day,the level of NEFA,LDL-C in liver homogenate of group 3 were increased compared to the 1st day and 30th day(P<0.05 or P<0.01).On the 30th and 60th day,each parameter concerned above in group 2 was higher when compared with group 1 or group 3 except the level of HDL-C.(Conclusion) The results suggested that high energy-low protein diet can be used for the pathology model building of FLHS.The high energy-low protein diet supplemented with 1000 mg betaine/kg DM will affect lipids metabolism in liver of laying hen,and resulted in decreasing of lipids deposition in liver.
