【摘要】 【目的】研究肉鸡胫骨软骨发育不良早期超微结构时序性变化。【方法】在试验第1、2、6天,对试验鸡只进行剖杀,速采取胫骨生长板分别放入2.5%戊二醛溶液于4℃固定,做超微结构观察。【结果】增殖软骨细胞变圆,坏死,线粒体增多、肿胀,出现致密颗粒,内质网断裂扩张呈泡状;前肥大软骨细胞,第1、2天,多数无完整的细胞结构,细胞质溶解,有疑似凋亡细胞,试验第6天,己有完整的细胞结构,细胞器仍呈坏死变化,分泌旺盛。【结论】为从细胞水平阐明其发病机制提供了新的线索。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The aim of this study was to study the ultrastructure of chondrocyte in the growth plate of broiler chickens with tibial dyschondroplasia(TD) induced by thiram at the early stage.【Method】Chicks were dissected and growth plates were fixed in 2.5%glutaric dialdehyde solution in 4℃at d 1,2 and 6.The ultrastructure of chondrocyte were observed by transmission electron microscope.【Result】The results showed that increased numbers of mitochondrion which appeared electron-dense particles and vesiculated cistemae of the endoplasmic reticulum in rounding and slightly necrotic proliferative cells at d 1 of the experimental period,and swollen mitochondrion,breaked and dilated cistemae of the endoplasmic reticulum in severity necrotic proliferative cells at d 2;endolysis or doubtful apoptotic prehypertrophic chondrocytes at d 1 and 2,and lighten necrotic prehypertrophic chondrocytes with complete cellular structure and increased secretory vacuoles with fine particles of proteoglycans at d 6.【Conclusion】Our findings may provide reliable cytology basis on understanding the pathogenesis of TD.
