【摘要】 目的:编制税务系统公务员工作压力源问卷。方法:首先,在访谈的基础上,初步编制了31个压力源项目。然后,对252数名公务员进行了问卷试测,并根据试测结果进行了项目筛选。最后,对问卷的信效度进行了检验。结果:确定了公务员工作压力源的5因素结构,即领导压力、工作责任、工作性质、组织管理和职业前景五个因素,累积解释总方差的64.372%,问卷具有良好的信效度。结论:公务员工作压力源问卷可试用于相关的研究工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop the Occupational Stressor Questionaire of civil servants in tax system.Method:Firstly,based on the interview with some civil servants,a preliminary questionaire including 31 items was developed.Then,252 subjects were investigated and item filter is finished based on investigation.Finally,the reliability and validity of the questionaire have been examined.Results:Five main factors were identified-official;duty;task;organization management and career prospect,all of which could account for 64.372%of the whole variance.The questionaire has good reliability and validity.Conclusion:The Questionaire can be used to some relevant studies.更多还原
