【摘要】 在文献分析、个人访谈、团队访谈和开放式问卷调查等基础上形成了包括36个项目的知识型员工共享领导初始问卷。采用随机取样的方法在郑州、杭州等地抽取企业、学校知识型员工600名,回收有效问卷447份。通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析及模型竞争等方法对初始项目筛选,最终形成了包含团队进取、团队合作、权责共享和团队期望四个维度17个项目的知识型员工共享领导问卷。各项目在相应维度上的负荷介于0.504-0.879之间,累积方差贡献率为63.650%。团队进取、团队合作、权责共享、团队期望这四个维度的α系数依次为0.652、0.797、0.830和0.811,总α系数为0.853。验证性因素结果显示各项拟合指标良好(χ~2=291.09,df=113,χ~2/df=2.58,RMSEA=0.060,NFI=0.93,NNFI=0.95,CFI=0.96,NCP=178.09)。这说明编制的知识型员工共享领导问卷具有较好的信度和效度,达到了心理测量学的要求,可以作为进一步研究的工具使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study adopts mediods of document analysis,personal interview,questionnaire,and so on making content structure of knowledge employee shared leadership,which includes seventeen items.Using the random sampling methods test 600 knowledge employees.They come from enterprises and schools in Zhengzhou,and Hangzhou and other cities.There are 447 valid questionnaires. Using exploratory factor analysis,verification factor analysis and model competition methods,lastly,it formed containing team spirit, team cooperation,shared responsibility and team expect four dimensions of 17 projects questionnaire.Every item in the corresponding the load on its dimension from 0.504 to 0.879.The total variance contribution rate is 63.650%.Alpha coefficients of these four dimensions team spirit,team cooperation and shared responsibility,team expect are 0.652,0.797,0.830 and 0.811.The total alpha coefficient is 0.853.The verification results show that the factors the fitting index is good. We can say that the knowledgeable employee shared leadership questionnaire has good reliability and validity,meeting the requirements of the psychological measurement.It can be used as a tool in the further study.更多还原
