【摘要】 目的:编制大学生就业焦虑问卷。方法:采用分层整群取样的方法对山西省6所高校的2300名大一至大四在校学生进行问卷调查。通过项目分析筛选题目,对数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,检验问卷的信度和效度。结果:大学生就业焦虑是一个四维结构:由社会背景、家庭影响、自身素质、学校环境组成,可解释总方差的44.4%。验证性因素分析各项指标支持4因素模型,问卷Cronbachα系数均在0.81以上。结论:本研究编制问卷具有理想的信度与效度,符合心理测量学的要求,可作为进一步测量的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a questionnaire for college student’s job-hunting anxiety.Methods Totally 2300 students from 6 universities in Shanxi province were selected by stratified sampling method.Results There were 4 dimensions with regard to college student’s job-hunting anxiety,which were:social background,family effect,self ability,school environment.They could explain 44.4%of the total variance,the results from a confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 3-factor model was statistically acceptable.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was above 0.81.Conclusion The questionnaire had high reliability and validity,which met the surveying requirement and could be used in further study.更多还原
