【摘要】 最近获悉,作者及所领导的课题组以"中国科学院心理研究所"的名义近10年来在《心理学报》发表文章学术论文15篇,被引用率频次达到704次(排名第一)。作者认为,被引用率偏高的原因可能是:第一、密切关注国际研究前沿进展和国内的社会需求的结合点;第二、要多选择具有标准特色的问题作为切入点,适度地把理论研究成果转化到实践中获取验证,第三、要有一个科研团队,特别是研究生的接替性努力来保证研究的延续性,激励研究生在团队中发挥核心作用至关重要,如我课题组的李超平(被引用频次达436)、王继承(被引用频次达241次)在这次被引用频次的排名上,也进入前15名就是一个例证;第四,要邀请国际本领域的领先者参与合作,同时,通过多途径的基金资助来保障科学研究的进程;第五、当一项研究达到一定水平和引起广泛关注后,要及时思考如何往深度或广度转换,或者考虑临近的新问题,由于学科领域的差异,这种选题的转换规律也会不同,不能一概而论。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been disclosed recently that for the past decade,"the author and a research group led by our Group" have published 15 academic papers on Acta Psychologica Sinica under the name of Institute of Psychology of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Additionally,contents of these papers have been cited 704 times—the greatest frequency among their peers.Reasons for a paper acquiring wide attention are myriad,the following implications could possibly explain such a high citing rate.First of all,the papers have focused on intersections of advanced researches conducted worldwide and requisites of the nation,.Secondly,since there are similar patterns in scientific researches and economic development,the representative problems and issues have been chosen as topics of the papers.Moreover,under the background of our country,which would subsequently improve the researches.Thirdly, forming a research group of graduate students is critical to keep the continuity of programs.Next,co-operative relationships should be built between the research group and other global leading organizations of the respective fields.Simultaneously,attracting sponsorships is of great vitality to assure the progress of researches.Lastly,when a research has reached an advanced level and caught the attention of many,further extension to branch problems and evolutions of the initial ideas must be made to keep the research alive.But of course,the differences between academic fields would result in a variation of such conversion period.There is also possibility for an outdated topic to become hot again after an entire cycle.更多还原
