【摘要】 科技诚信问题是相对于科研不端行为而言的,目前国际上对科技不端行为的基本界定为在建议、开发和评议研究的过程中,或者在报道研究成果的过程中,所出现的伪造、篡改或剽窃及其他严重背离广泛认同的研究行为的情况。随着我国科技的飞速发展及其对经济社会发展的影响加深,科技诚信的内涵不断丰富,科研不端行为的问题日益突出。国内外对于科研不端行为都提出了各种各样的预防措施和惩罚方式,但是科研不端问题的解决根源仍在于诚信体系的构建。论文通过对我国科技诚信状况调查、构建科技诚信体系对我国科技发展意义的分析,提出我国科技诚信体系构建的路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of scientific and technological integrity is relative to dishonourable behavior in scientific research.The current international on scientific misconduct is defined as the basic proposal,development and evaluation in the process of the research,or in the reported research results in the process,the forgery,tampering or plagiarism and other serious deviation from the widespread recognition of the.With China’s rapid development of science and technology and its impact on the economic and social development to deepen science and technology integrity,constantly enrich the connotation of scientific misconduct,the problem is increasingly outstanding.Various measures of prevention and punishment have been put forward for research dishonourable behaviors at home and abroad,however,the solving roots still depends on the construction of credit system.The article puts forward the constructive path of good faith system,based on the investigation of current situation of China’s science and technology integrity,also on the analysis of development significance to Science and technology by the construction of research honesty system.更多还原
