【摘要】 随着经济全球化进程的加快,高端装备制造业在国家经济发展中的地位和作用日益凸显,发达国家纷纷组建产业技术创新联盟发展高端装备制造业。但是我国法律对产业技术创新联盟组织模式的法律形态缺乏规定,导致实践中联盟呈现出目标短期化、规模难以大型化的特点,影响了通过产业技术创新联盟发展高端装备制造业,提升其整体技术水平的目标。本文从分析产业技术创新联盟组织模式的法律形态入手,对比两类组织模式的优缺点,借鉴日本技术研究组合模式的经验,探求适合我国高端装备制造业技术创新联盟组织模式的法律形态,并提出具体的促进高端装备制造业技术创新联盟发展的完善建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerated process of economic globalization,high-end equipment manufacturing industry plays a more and more important role in the country’s economic development.But regulations of PRC are lack of model of legal form of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance organizational,which lead the alliance to showing short-term targets and less large-scale features in practice.That affects the high-end equipment manufacturing industry to enhance the overall level of technology.By analyzing the legal form pattern of industrial technology innovation alliance,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two types of organizational models,and learning from the Japanese experience in technology research portfolio model,this paper explores the best legal form of organizational model for high-end equipment manufacturing technology innovative alliance and makes specific suggestions for improvement.更多还原
