【摘要】 通过十字花科作物抗根肿病不同方法试验。结果表明:温室根肿病菌接种,花油6号、花油8号均表现抗病(R),CR-千秋白菜表现高抗(HR),83-1白菜表现中抗(MR);根肿病病田育苗移栽,星星在正反季均表现高抗(HR)水平,83-1白菜正季表抗病(R),反季表现感病(S);根肿病病田直播,星星正季表现抗病(R),反季表现感病(S);83-1正季表现中抗(MR),反季表现高感(HS);不同品种根肿病病田直播,不同品种间对根肿病抗性差异明显,不同品种均表现反季发病比正季严重,病情指数高低顺序为:83-1白菜>花椰菜>青菜>西兰花>苤蓝>中甘11>萝卜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resistance screening test was done according to the different identification methods of cruciferclubroot,and the results indicated that ’Huayou 6’,’Huayou 8’ of rape were resistant varieties. ’CR-Qianqiu Chinese cabbage’ were highly resistant to cruciferclubroot,and ’83-1 Chinese cabbage’ were moderate resistant variety.The test results of transplantation of seedlings showed ’the star’ was high resistant variety in positive and negative season;’83-1 Chinese cabbage’ was resistant in positive season, but was sensitive in negative season.The test findings of direct seeding showed ’the star’ was resistant in positive season,and sensitive in negative season;’83-1 Chinese cabbage’ was moderate resistant in positive season,and high sensitive in negative season.The differences of the resistibility to cruciferclubroot were very notable in different varieties.The result of disease index was ’83-1 Chinese cabbage’>cauliflower>green vegetables>broccoli>kohlrabi>’zhonggan 11 ’>radish.更多还原
