内置螺旋阶梯转子换热管强化传热及阻力特性实验研究

【摘要】 本文对内置螺旋阶梯转子换热管的强化传热及阻力特性进行了实验研究。在雷诺数为25000~65 000范围内对光管进行了验证性实验,得出努塞尔数Nu和阻力系数f误差分别在—3.0%~+3.5%和9.0%以内。在实验条件下,内置螺旋阶梯转子的换热管与光管相比,努塞尔数Nu和阻力系数f分别平均提高了48.65%和167.18%。通过综合性能评价得出PEC值在0.95~1.06之间。
【Abstract】 Heat transfer enhancement and friction factor in the tubes fitted with spiral ladder rotor have been investigated experimentally.Plain tube replication experiment has been done for the Reynolds number in the range of 25,000 to 65,000,the experimental data reveal that the percentage error of Nusselt number and friction factor within-3.0%~+3.5%and 9.0%,respectively.In the experimental conditions,compared with plain tube,Nusselt number and friction factor are increased by an average of 48.65%and 167.18%by using the tubes fitted with spiral ladder rotor.The PEC value obtained between 0.95~1.06 through the comprehensive performance evaluation.
