离子渗氮GCr15钢对二烷基二硫代磷酸锌成膜机理影响研究

【摘要】 本文对比研究了等离子渗氮GCr15钢与GCr15钢基材与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)的成膜机理。利用脉冲直流等离子体对GCr15钢进行离子渗氮处理,采用X射线衍射分析离子渗氮表面成分,并且测量了渗氮前后的表面硬度值,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上考察GCr15钢渗氮处理前后在润滑油添加剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)润滑下的摩擦磨损性能,通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱仪的分析探讨了成膜作用机理。结果表明:离子渗氮处理可以明显提高GCr15钢的表面硬度值,在ZDDP润滑下,其减摩性能和抗磨性能都有明显的提高,其中在1.5%ZDDP润滑作用下具有最好的效果,研究证明这是由于在离子渗氮GCr15钢和未渗氮GCr15钢摩擦表面分别生成了正磷酸盐和焦磷酸盐的摩擦反应膜,并且前者表面的磷酸盐膜总量多于后者,可以有效地隔离摩擦副两表面的直接接触。
【Abstract】 The hardness and chemical composition of plasma nitrided AISI 52100 steel surface were analyzed by mean8 of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and hardness tester.Friction and wear behaviors of plasma nitrided AISI 52100 steel were examined on a four-ball friction and Wear tester under lubrication with ZDDP additive.Tribofiim forming mechanisms were approached through Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and X-ray Photoelectron Spectrum(XPS)analyses.The investigation results showed that plasma nitriding Can improve the surface hardness significantly,the nitrided steel exhibited lower friction coefficient and better anti-wear properties compared with untreated steel,especially when 1.5%ZDDP Was used.It Was attributed to that the orthophosphate formed on the nitriding AISI 52100 steel surface was more than the pyrophosphate formed On the AISI 52100 steel surface.
