CINRAD/SB伺服无法上电两例复杂故障诊断分析方法

【摘要】 本文在详细介绍CINRAD/SB数字伺服系统加电控制、天线状态信号流程的基础上,分析出数字伺服系统无法上电三个方面原因:负载过载导致空气开关保护性断电;伺服系统加电信号不正常;制动器过流导致温度超限。总结了CINRAD/SB伺服系统无法上电故障的分析方法和诊断流程。并根据通过诊断流程详细论述两例伺服无法上电复杂故障分析和排除过程,以及在台站无配件更换情况下,要充分利用雷达线路特点,可暂时采用应急方法尽快恢复雷达运转,保证灾害性天气监测的需求。为新一代天气雷达技术支持和保障提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Based on detailed instruction about the CINRAD/SB digital Servo Control power structures and antenna state signal process,this article gives the three reasons about that the CINRAD/SB servo unable to power:protection power off of the air switch result from too much loading,the abnormal power on signal of the server systems and the abnormal temperature made by the overflow of the brake.This article sums up the analysis method and diagnosis process of that the CINRAD/SB Servo System does not have power.And according to the detailed explaination about how to find out and get rid of the fault in tow complex cases about that the CINRAD/SB Servo System does not have the power,this article says that if there is no spare item in the station,we should take the advantage of the radar Circuits and use the emergency methods to restore radar operation to ensure the disastrous weather monitoring,which is the example for CINRAD technology support and guarantee.
