装动力分禾器的匍匐缠结牧草收割机试验研究

【摘要】 为实现优质高产牧草高质高效利用,本研究针对匍匐缠结牧草生物学特征,通过系统的理论分析和田间试验,确定了缠结牧草收割机最佳传动方案和动力分禾装置主要技术参数。发动机的动力经带轮(或链轮)传给收割机动力输入轴,一路经链轮传给纵向动力分禾装置,收割机边行走,动力分禾盘由下而上沿行走方向顺时高速旋转,将未割区与预割区牧草顺利分禾;另一路经减速增扭后,传给切割器驱动轴,驱动轴同轴驱动齿形链式切割器的主动链轮和输送带主动带轮,完成边分禾切割、边输送铺放等作业。试验表明:该动力分禾盘外缘磨有带齿的锋利刃口,便于自磨切开纵横交错、细柔缠连的结荚期小冠花等牧草,比人工收获(因缠绕撕扯所造成的炸荚、落叶等)损失减小到0.933%,生产率比人工收获提高30倍。整机传动效率0.88,结构紧凑,动、静平衡,操纵简便,可根据不同收获对象,调节切割速度,适应山地、梯田、套种田等中小地块作业。
【Abstract】 Aim to biomechanical properties of crawl tangle knot herbage,realizing the high quality forage efficiency of high yield,through the system theory analysis and field experiments,the walking type forage harvesters hill best transmission scheme and the major technical parameter of divider installation with Powering were determined,The power of engine is passed by belt(or sprocket)to input axle of harvester power:one way is passed by sprocket to divider installation with Powering,the creeping tangly herbage was divided by the divider from down to up take off obey high rotation speed along the walking direction;another way is increased the turnning torque by deceleration,pass to the drive axle of cutterbar,the driven axle drives the driving belt of conveyer and the driving chain wheel of the chain cutterbar of tooth form.Complete to divide and cut the creeping tangly herbage,then conveying and laying,ect.The experiments showed that the disc upright cutter with power can realize dividing the creeping tangly herbage easily.It can effectively reduce the harvesting loss to 0.933 percent than manaual harvesting,and the productivity was the 30 times than that of manaual harvesting.The transmission efficiency is up to 0.88,the structure of harvester was compact,work performance was stabilized,the moving and the static of harvester is balance,regulate the cutting speed,it can harvest the different gains and forages,it can be reliable to work in mountainous region,terraced field and interplanting field etc.
