【摘要】 秸秆揉碎是目前许多地方用于秸秆加工的一种方法。它的推广和应用,为我国秸秆资源的开发和利用以及大力发展秸秆养畜提供了良好地技术手段和物质基础。文章通过对秸秆揉碎机具进行试验研究,建立了相关的力学模型,并在此基础上对机具的的结构进行了优化设计,使其工作性能得以改善;通过对揉碎的秸秆进行后续再加工和相应的处理等试验研究,形成了适合秸秆利用的新技术和新工艺,为秸秆资源的合理开发和充分利用拓宽了途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Straw rubbing technology is extensive used in straw processing.It provides technique means and physical basis of exploiting and using of straw resources as well as feeding livestock by straw.In the course of study,a mechanical model was established and optimizing design of straw rubbing structure was conducted by means of experimental study of straw rubbing machine.By going through experiment on reprocessing and reworking of rubbed straw,new technique and new process of straw utilization is acquired.The result of this study may develop the path of exploiting and using of straw resources.更多还原
