花生地下组织的建模与可视化模拟

【摘要】 花生地下组织包括根系、根瘤和荚果。花生地下组织的建模与模拟,对花生地下组织生长发育过程的定量化研究有指导意义。本文通过建立花生根系、根瘤、荚果的生长机可视化模型来构建花生地下组织模拟系统。根系生长机模型通过根的生长和分根进行建立,根的生长包括根的轴向生长、径向生长、生长方向,分根包括分根时机、分根位置、分根方向。根瘤、荚果都视为一种特殊的根,其生长机模型与花生根系类似,但是,根瘤只有当其父根段年龄满足一定条件时才生长,且根瘤生长一段时间就破裂消失;荚果分生后其父根停止生长,且荚果分根的轴向夹角为零。根系由多个圆台相连的单根迭代而成,用圆台三角化进行可视化建模;根瘤视为球体,用贴片法绘制;荚果的可视化用中心轴模型实现,荚果的根轴视为中心轴模型的中心轴线,用拉格朗日插值法确定中心轴模型的轮廓控制曲线。该系统在VisualC++6.0与OpenGL下实现,模拟结果与实际形态相符。

【Abstract】 Modeling and simulation peanut underground organ which are composed of root systems,root nodules and pods has instructive significance for quantitatively researching its vegetation process.The simulate system was established by developing the growth and visualization model of root systems,root nodules and pods.The root growth model contains growth,referring to axial growth,radial growth,growth direction,and branching,including the initial emergency time and location,initial extension angle.There were exceptions,root nodules and pods,whose growth model were similar with the root,however,nodules didn’t cater to certain condition until grow and disappeared owing to smashing;parent root stop growing after pods emerging,and its axial branching angle is zero.Root is made up of multiply-layer cone,which could be visualized with surface triangularization of cone;nodule was seen as sphere drawing with patching method;visualization of pod is realized by ventral axis modeling,root axial of which was deemed as ventral axis of it,determining the profile control curve of ventral axis modeling with Lagrange interpolation method.This simulate system is realized on the platform of Visual C++ 6.0 with OpenGL as graphics library,which result is conform with the reality morphological of peanut.
