创业板上市公司高管减持研究
Research on Senior Executive’ Cash out on Growth Enterprise Market of China

【摘要】 本文以中国创业板市场上市公司高管减持现象为研究背景,选择2010年创业板上市公司发生高管减持行为的30家公司为研究对象,通过统计数据,分析了高管减持的行业分布特点与减持方式;进而对高管减持的内在动因与影响进行了探析;最后在此基础上提出对策与建议。
【Abstract】 This paper examines the senior executive’ cash out which are listed on Growth Enterprise Market of China(GEM),Based on 30 companies’ statistics analysis,the paper finds the industry distribution character and manners of cash out,further more,the paper probe the causations of executives’ cash out and influence,finally,the paper table the proposals for GEM development in China.
