会计信息化人才培养的现状与思考

【摘要】 会计信息化人才要具备会计、财务、管理、信息技术等宽阔的知识面,能够将会计与计算机高度融合,具有自主学习不断更新知识的能力,具备较高的职业素质,是能动脑、能动手、能协调的多面手。目前国内这类人才严重短缺。而相对人才短缺的局势更为迫切需要解决的问题是对会计信息化人才培养的认识和培养机制问题。可以通过充分发挥政府和市场这二只手的重要作用等措施,推进会计信息化人才建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The accounting informatilization professionals who can highly integrate the accounting with the computers have to have a wide range of knowledge,including accounting,finance,management and information technology.At the same time they should be the people with high professional qualities who can constantly upgrade their knowledge.However,at present we are facing a serious shortage of such talent which arises the problem of the awareness of training the accounting informatilization professinals and the corresponding training mechanism.By utilizing the functions of government and the market,we can promote the construction of accounting informatilization professinals.更多还原
