【摘要】 目的比较放射性粒子植入联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗结直肠癌术后复发转移的局控率和疼痛分级。方法放射性粒子联合化疗组20例患者,首先行转移灶125I粒子植入术,粒子活度为29.6MBq,粒子植入术后行化疗;单纯化疗组22例仅行姑息性化疗。比较2组治疗后4月的局部控制率、疼痛分级。结果放射性粒子联合化疗组4月后局控率50%(13/26)优于单纯化疗组12.5%(7/56),两组比较有统计学意义(x2=13.540,P=0.000);放射性粒子联合化疗组疼痛较治疗前明显缓解(Z2=-2.045,P=0.041),单纯化疗组较治疗前疼痛缓解不明显(Z2=-1.682,P=0.093);放射性粒子植入组无严重并发症。结论放射性125I粒子植入联合化疗治疗结直肠癌术后复发转移可以控制肿瘤的局部复发,缓解患者疼痛,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the local control rate and pain grade between radioactive seed implantation combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the treatment of metastatic/recurrent colorectal cancer after resection.Methods 20 patients of radioactive seed implantation combined with chemotherapy group were implanted 125I seeds in metastases,the activity of each 125I seed was 29.6MBq,then the 20 patients were implemented chemotherapy.22 patients of chemotherapy alone group accepted palliative chemotherapy.After 4 months,contrast the local control rate and pain grade between two groups.Results The local control rate[50%(13/26) VS 12.5%(7/56)] of radioactive seed implantation combined with chemotherapy was significantly better than that of chemotherapy alone(x2=13.540,P,0.000)the former group can obviously ease the pain of patients(Z2=-2.045,P)0.041,than the latter group(Z2=-1.682,P+0.093),radioactive seed implantation had no serious complications.Conclusions radioactive seed implantation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of metastatic/recurrent colorectal cancer after resection can effectively control local tumor recurrence,ease the pain of patients and improve the qualities of patients’lives.更多还原
