【摘要】 目的:探讨CT引导下射频消融术(RFA)治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性。方法:35例非小细胞肺癌进行了CT引导下射频消融治疗,其中鳞癌12例,腺癌20例,鳞腺癌1例,大细胞癌2例。中央型肺癌4例,周围型肺癌31例。肿瘤直径≤3cm 6例,3～5cm 21例,>5cm 8例。结果:射频消融过程中多数病灶阴影增大,边缘模糊,部分病灶出现蜂窝气泡样改变,术后3个月复查CT显示28个病灶缩小,其中CR1例,PR例27例,SD4例,PD3例,总有效率(CR+PR)为80.0%。术后少量咯血5例,气胸5例,轻度发热7例。结论:CT引导RFA治疗非小细胞肺癌是安全有效的微创技术,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To access the security and therapeutic value of CT-guided radiofrequency ablation(RFA) treatment in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:35 patients with NSCLC were treated with CT guided RFA, which including 4 cases of central lung cancer and 31 cases of peripheral lung cancer,as well as in different pathology type and tumour size.Result:During the process of RFA,the volume of lesions in majority cases become lager,also with a fuzzy edge.Some lesions show bubble-like changes.After three months later,CT showed that 28 lesions reduced, including CR 1 cases,PR 27 cases,SD 4 cases and PD 3 cases.The total effective rate(CR + PR) was 80.0%.Little amount of hemoptysis in 5 cases,pneumothorax in 5 cases,7 cases of mild fever.Conclusion:CT guided RFA is a safe, effective and minimal invasive therapeutic method for lung cancer.更多还原
