【摘要】 特殊钢生产过程兼具连续和离散的性质,产品需求呈现出多品种、小批量的特点,随之而来是满足市场需求与充分发挥钢厂产能之间的矛盾。炼钢、精炼、连铸工序之间的合理衔接匹配对特殊钢厂的高效、低耗生产具有重要意义。本文以国内某长材型特殊钢厂为例,研究其合理的产品结构及产能,针对具有多工艺路线的炼钢—连铸生产过程,优化其炉机匹配关系,提出产品结构与炉机匹配优化的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The process of special steel production is both continuous and discrete,and the demand of product is with characteristics of multiple steel grades and small batches.However,the contradiction between market demand and production capacity emerges.The reasonable convergence and matching of steelmaking,refining and continuous casting process should be of great importance to high - efficiency, energy - saving production.This paper mainly studied the reasonable product mix,capacity range,and optimization of matching between furnaces and casters to provide solution for the optimization of product mix and furnace - caster matching in special steel plants.更多还原
