转炉冶炼特殊钢过程夹杂物来源的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了转炉-LF精炼炉-小方坯连铸过程冶炼特殊钢过程夹杂物的来源、特点及变化规律,并通过示踪剂追踪分析了生产各过程夹杂物的来源,为转炉冶炼特殊钢过程夹杂物的去除,提高转炉流程钢材质量提供了依据,研究表明,转炉流程生产的特殊钢中夹杂物主要为的显微夹杂,它的分布特点决定了连铸坯中夹杂物的分布特点,显微夹杂主要是多元素复合脱氧产物与中间包液面二次氧化产物吸附集聚形成的复合物,其次是钢包、中间包、结晶器等部位的耐火材料对钢中夹杂物的影响较小。

【Abstract】 Studies have been made on the resources,features and changing rules of inclusions during the steel-making process of special steel by using converter—ladle furnace—continuous casting of billet. Tracer agent was used to follow and analyze the resources of inclusions during different working steps.Through the studies,solid basis was found so as to remove the inclusions and improve steel quality by using converter in making special steel.The studies have shown that most inclusions occurred in this process are micro-inclusions.Their distribution has determined the spreading features of inclusions in continuous -casting billets.The major types of these micro-inclusions are multi-elements deoxidation products and clustered compounds adsorbed by secondary oxidation products of tundish liquid steel.The minority of them are made by refractory on positions of ladle,tundish and mold.
